The black silicone case is a soft, form-fitting skin, which fits over the back, sides, top, and bottom of the iPad® 2 or iPad 3 to provide all-around impact protection. Made of thin silicone material, the case has cutouts for the connectors and camera lens.

The case covers the controls, preventing dust and other material from entering the phone, while still allowing easy manipulation of the controls through button molds in the pliant silicone skin. Although the case covers the 3G antenna area, it will not interfere with 3G reception.
