Policy
- All sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for warranty issues.
- Items that are broken, used or damaged (except for warranty) may not be returned.
- Items purchased from Monoprice United States may not be returned to us.
- Customs, duties and/or taxes, credit card exchange rate fees or other charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. The charge will be in Canadian Dollars any other conversion that your credit card may have, it is the buyers responsibility.
- Items are ship within Canada so no customs, duties or exchange rate fees apply. Taxes will be charged accordingly to your province when checking out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damage and/or missing items not reported to us immediately: Cables on Sale Ltd is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer will be required to ship the item back at their expense.

Refunds - warranty issues.
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and tested your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
